This is Norrie-Mai. She is 10 this year. She has been going to the
grooming parlour every day for the past five years. Initially she
was brought there because she was in the habit of scratching and
biting her skin when she was left alone. Thanks to the care and
special shampoos used in the grooming parlour, she is now in very
good health again, and her skin is in excellent condition.
She now attends there five days a week, one day for grooming and
the other four days for companionship and the care she receives
from tracey and Joanne. When I am walking Norrie-Mai there in the
morning and the grooming parlour is in sight, she starts to pull
on her lead and it is obvious that she can't wait to get there.
I have also seen how other dogs love going there, they are so well
cared for, it is like home-from-home for them.
From my own experience, I know Norrie-Mai loves her daily visit
there, and loves Tracey and Joanne very much. With the kindness
they show from the door until it is time for your pet to go home,
you know your pet is in good and safe hands.

Tracey is the best! We'd been to several other
groomers before we found her and we wouldn't go anywhere else now.
I would recommend her to anyone I come across and would describe her
as an artist. Nillie is always happy to see her... she's a godsend!

We bring our Westie "Dougie"
to Fitzsimons for the past 5 years, they are fantastic, always do
an amazing job and are always so nice and cheerful. Would recommend
them and have recommended them. Fantastic!

I bring my Westie to Tracy. She always looks
after him and he is always groomed beautifully and is very happy to
see Tracy.

Our Yorkie 'Toby' has bee coming to Fitzsimons for over 8 years and
always looks beautiful afterwards. Having tried other grooming parlours
before where he was just scalped - I wouldn't bring him anywhere else.

I have been bringing my Maltese 'Peanut' for
a few months now and they do a fantastic job! I wouldn't go anywhere
else with Peanut. They are so professional and most of all very loving.
I don't leave my dog with many people but I trust them 100%. They
always do such a perfect job. My brother-in-law recommended them to
me and I will definitely recommend them to everyone else I know with
dogs.

He realy loves it. We would not even think about going anywhere else.
